Director, Technical Product Management
Paul Blair leads product management and UX design for ALEKS' elementary school portfolio. In this capacity, he launched the ALEKS Adventure math program in 2024.
Since 2008, Paul has been dedicated to realizing the potential of instructional technology. While teaching in the Peace Corps, he developed educational DOS (yes, DOS!) games for his young deaf students. In 2010, Paul co-developed Kenya's high-stakes assessment for Kenyan Sign Language. In the decade that followed, he led multiple cross-functional teams across multiple EdTech product launches and developed deep empathy and understanding for students as well as their teachers.
Paul holds an MA degree in Learning Technology from Pepperdine University, and a BA in Computing in the Arts from University of California, San Diego. He also has an IMDB profile from a previous life.
