Director, ALEKS Course Product Implementation
David Lemoine oversees the preparation for release, and the actual release of all ALEKS course products (Math and Science, US and International). He manages requirements for course products throughout their life cycle. He also participates in the design of a broad range of high level new product features.
In 2000, Mr. Lemoine joined ALEKS as a Software Engineer and was quickly appointed as Director of ALEKS Course Product Implementation. Prior to joining ALEKS, then McGraw Hill Education, he was a key member of the team that originally developed ALEKS as a NSF funded project at the University of California, Irvine. One of his main early contributions was to provide the key insight to allow ALEKS' Knowledge Spaces based assessment to scale efficiently to multiple products. Mr. Lemoine holds a Diplôme d'Ingénieur (MS degree in Computer Science and Telecommunications Engineering) from L’École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne in Brest, France.
